By downloading, installing, or using GlassTime (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

GlassTime is a focus and timer application for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, developed by Prism Labs (Turin, Italy). It helps you run focused sessions of a predetermined length and visualize your progress.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Prism Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App.

GlassTime offers an optional in-app Tip Jar. Tips are entirely voluntary, do not unlock additional functionality, and are processed by Apple through the App Store. Because tips are voluntary contributions and not purchases of a product or service, they are non-refundable except where required by Apple's refund policies or by applicable law.

All payment processing happens inside the App Store; Prism Labs does not receive or store your payment details.

GlassTime is a productivity tool, not a medical device or a wellness program. The mindful minutes recorded by the App in Apple Health are for your personal reference only and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please consult a qualified professional.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Prism Labs does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Prism Labs' total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Prism Labs in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for the free App, is typically zero).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin, Italy, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
